A collective built on faith, compassion & care
Words for mental illness don't always exist in Punjabi — but the experiences do. The Sikh Mental Health Collective works to bridge that gap: reducing stigma and making mental health support more accessible in Sikh spaces.
We bring together mental health professionals, community members, and Sikh scholars to create resources and conversations that are both clinically sound and spiritually meaningful — rooted in the spirit of Chardi Kala.
"In the company of the holy, the mind is illumined."
